will i look like jessica alba if i buy this?

I just bought this stroller (in black) and I hope we're not nuts. When we did a search for images of the stroller for the blog post, we found a LOT of celebrity pictures, office pictures, and even tabloid articles about how much the stroller costs. ! Aaron's comments? 'Well, it's a good system!'

We are getting excited, and are a little anxious with all the anticipation. Though our baby shower is not until tomorrow and we tried to hold out until after the event to buy *anything* (seemed the most practical), we started to freak a bit over the last couple of days about not having a car seat yet, and having time to have it checked by the bucklup people, etc. We have heard three times now by all our class teacher and hospital tour people: 90% of all car seats are installed incorrectly. And guess what else? Firemen are not authorized to tell you if you did it right! Who knew!? Oh, the wealth of knowledge that comes to you through this experience.

We'll let you know if the "stroller system" that fits in the mini cooper and is green and will also serve as our baby bassinet for the first several months, etc. etc. is worth it. Hopefully we won't have to sell the car...
