moving mountains

Just imagine that you're looking at Mount Rainier off in the distance. Or Mt. Shasta, or Crystal, or whatever. A mountain. And then all of the sudden, it jostles, right in front of you. As if God picked it up, swirled it around, and then put it back.

You might stand there, waiting for it to happen again, if you saw such a thing. At the very least it would distract you from just about anything else in your purview.

Imagine that sometimes you see it again, right away, and then sometimes you don't see it again for quite awhile. So it's also kind of like winning at the slot machine. Totally unpredictable. Either way, it doesn't seem real, yet it is real. So you keep coming back for more.

That's all I can think of to tell you what it feels like.
